Clean Inland Shipping (CLINSH) mid-term conference

We are two years ahead now with CLINSH. Main objective of this European project is to improve air quality in urban areas by accelerating emission reductions in inland waterway transport. The CLINSH team is convinced of the fact that inland shipping needs a two-way approach towards zero-emission: a long-term transititon to zero emission, and a short-term approach rewarding any measures that contribute to emission reduction. This requires efforts from all key players: skippers and shipowners, shippers, clients, governments, ports, financial institutions and many others.
All these key players are invited to participate in the conference. We will share our first results and discuss what the different parties can contribute to reach our common goal: clean inland waterway transport. Please refer to the programme for more details.
